ZEN FITNESS:
Zen Fitness is a Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates workout that helps you build strength and flexibility and leaves you feeling relaxed and calm. A carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses combined with controlled breathing, the class provides you with a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. It’s a great workout for Strength, Flexibility, Tone and Core Stability and the Balancing of the mind.
Classes have a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere and are open to all ages and abilities.
A TYPICAL CLASS:
1) The class begins with a simple Tai hi warm up , this is normally a new experience for most participant. The wonderful flowing Tai Chi moves will calm your mind and warm your body
2) 30 minutes of simple but challenging yoga and Pilates exercises, to strengthen and tone your body
3) 15 mins of stretching and releasing tension though out your body
4) A lovely 10 minutes of relaxation to finish your class
