Utilizing the ballet barre, weights and other equipment to perform small isometric movements you will burn calories and gain lean muscle. Its low-impact class set to fantastic music designed to motivate and move you All equipment is provided for you so you just need to bring yourself, and some water to keep hydrated and I will do the rest Come to class a few times a week and you will notice the following physical and mental changes in your body:
