Mum & Baby Fitness is a Yoga and Pilates based class you can do with your baby.

  • Give you a little time out and chance to meet other new mums

No experience necessary

The class is done to music and cost £6 for the hour

The idea is to have fun, bond with baby and get your body back to how you like it.

All the exercises are performed with constant contact and connection with babies, lifting baby, holding baby, some babies would rather lie of the mat and some just sleep in their car seats though out the whole class which also works just fine too.

Mums get to meet other new mums and all the Mums find it more motivating to work out in a group than in front of a workout video.  most mums head off for a coffee with each other afterwards so its a bit of a social.

Its not a gimmick though ..all Mums all get a good workout and I want that,  but by bringing baby along there is no need for childcare or babysitters and you get to stimulate and spend time with baby as well

The class is ideally for for mums and  babies from  6 week check

As a new mum with a desire to not only get back in shape, but also meet other mummies, Susanna’s mum&baby yoga class was a perfect fit. It was excellent for both me and my baby Ellie, who loved watching all of the movements and seeing other babies every week. The mums I met at that first yoga class through Susanna are among my closest mummy friends to date, and we continue to walk the path of parenthood, while trying to staying fit and share the many ups and downs of being a first time mums. I hope this group continues to watch our babies grow and stay super hot mummies with Susanna’s special help!
