Fitness Yoga and Pilates based class you can do with your baby

No experience necessary


The class is done to music and cost £6 for the hour


The idea is to have fun, bond with baby and get your body back to how you like it.

The class is ideally for for mums and  babies from  6 week check, to 6 months or crawling


If your baby is older and crawling I suggest you give one class a go and take it from there and see how it works for both of you
