Due to Covid-19 we are running classes with less capacity (10 people per class) to make the class safe for you.
For your peace of mind here are a few things you will need to know.
Signage outside the building asking users/visitors not to enter the building if showing Covid-19 symptoms.
Strict online advance booking and payment to avoid over-crowding and any cash payment.
Hand sanitizer station by the entry/exit points of the building.
You will need to bring your own yoga/fitness mat.
Please bring a large bottle if water to avoid refilling (kitchen will be closed).
The class is done in bare feet or Barre Socks (socks with a grip on the sole).
I will bring my own first aid kit.
All mats will be set up at a 2 meter distance.
There will be No physical contact during classes.
Please change before class to avoid using the toilets.
Toilets:
Hythe sports pavillion – The Gent’s toilet upstairs will be temporarily a unisex toilet, and only one person will be permitted to enter at a time.
Saltwood – The Ladies toilet is open but only one person will be permitted to enter at a time.
All door handles and other frequently used surfaces will be wiped before class.
Times between classes will be extended to avoid busy traffic flow.
I will be keeping al the doors and windows open during class so bring sweats you can throw on incase you get chilly.
If you have borrowed equipment from me during the lock down can you bring it back with you please.
Please remember to social distance during class and bring you own hand sanitiser.
I will retain contact details of all class attendees for at least one month who access the building. This will help public health authorities trace people who have been exposed to Covid-19.
Thank you so much for all your continued support throughout this scary time.
I know we can all stay fit and healthy by following these rules.
Love
